While I'm not writing to review the quasi erotic bathroom like so many of my sophomoric yelp peers, I would like to say that the dining room deserves the awards that former U.C.Berkeley prof. Stanley Saitowitz has won for interior design by the American institute of Architects. As San Franciscans, we are spoiled by the opportunity to envelop ourselves in the luxury of stunning environs, which dining at Conduit allows us to do without spending heaps of money thanks to Stanley and the miraculous pipe benders that put that place together.

The lighting seems to highlight the presentations that are aways spectacular. The Nicoise and crab salads are particularly stunning to the eye, while many of their dishes appear a bit more rustic without looking like the slop that most people call comfort food---

"We all wanted to go somewhere new & different... after reading all the great reviews on Yelp, we were eager to check it out. I have to say, without a doubt, Conduit is now one of my favorite restaurants in SF. The food was amazing; every appetizer, entree was absolutely delicious... but the menu changes daily, so what we ate this past wkend may or may not be on their menu tomorrow... which I think is pretty cool. The restaurant menu will never be dull, which reflects it's modern industrial decor located in the eclectic location none other than the infamous Mission.--- Myra M. 8/10/2009

It was my fellow foodie friend's birthday and he got the private room at Conduit. A good choice it was! Exclusive private dining room in the back with your closest friends enjoying great food & wine and excellent service is the best way to celebrate your birthday!

Decor of the restaurant is very modern and elegant with the piping well in play with the name of the place. The only thing that was a bit off was the location of the privat
