The food is organic, & the pastries are excellent but not over the top. They have a small but wonderful wine list....baked goods are stars...Great neighborhood restaurant, innovative food, great service and reasonably priced....A quiet, comfortable coffee house, beautiful decor, with the best pies in the Bay Area

be sure to save room for dessert, especially the chocolate cream pie, as they were the meal's standout.... Fruit and custard pies are outstanding, chocolate and cheesecake, not so much
