Always super fresh, plated before your eyes, and delicious. ....Excellent food quickly served (if the line isn't too long) - a great value!....The huge menu, cheerful servers, and fresh veggie juice bar keep me coming back...It's hard to spend $10 on a dinner that can fill you up and bring you joy the way that PV's can....You'll see a cross-section of San Francisco if you go to the 16th street location
