welcoming and friendly, clean and informative.  There were samples of mostly every product available, value sets of products, wide array of "stuff", decent movie/book selection.... Adult stores never looked so organized and pretty... "Would you like to see how that works?" "Do you need lube with that?""It comes in purple!"... This is the the flagship store and is very large
way bigger than the nob hill location and well stocked. It's also very diverse in interests (S&M, bi, gay, straight, etc...

Items can't be returned unless defective so make sure you want what you get!

The single thing about this store that impressed me the most were the staff. While I didn't ask them for advice, a young female shopper did and as I eavesdropped on their conversation I was impressed with the professionalism and deftness that the employee exhibited as they went over the merits of various shapes and sizes of plastic phalluses. While it had never occurred to me that customers should be able to have the same information and customer service available at sex stores as they do at, say, the Nordstroms' make-up counter, this does strike me as important, nay, necessary!
